Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before your workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 5 and 7 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop are non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking once, subject to availability, when requested at least 72 hours before the workshop. Requests made within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. No-shows are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the time available to complete your creation and does not entitle the participant to a refund or extension of the workshop. Accompanying Guests: An Accompanying Guest ticket permits attendance alongside a workshop participant but does not include a separate lamp or full workshop materials. Changes by Sorentilo: Workshop dates, times or venues may occasionally need to change. If Sorentilo cancels a workshop, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If a material change is made to a booking and the alternative offered is not suitable, the customer may request a refund. Sorentilo workshops are leisure activities provided on specific dates. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right that normally applies to many online purchases does not generally apply to leisure activities booked for a specific date or period. This does not affect any other statutory consumer rights you may have under Irish or EU law.
